Hello, my name is Kyle Counts.
I am a passionate personal trainer with over 15 years of experience working in the health and fitness industry.
I specialize in holistic health and wellness, mobility, flexibility, balance, conditioning, powerlifting and overall strength training.
I teach my clients how to incorporate nutrition and fitness into their specific lifestyle healing from the inside out to create lifelong habits.
I believe in approaching fitness with variety so my clients can grow and educate themselves on a regular basis.
I offer workshops and activities for my clients to participate and enjoy fitness outside of the gym.
Not only do I train my clients but I work closely with each person to foster confidence and empowering habits to help them build an extraordinary life.
